Call for Papers

The Organizing Committee welcomes abstracts relevant to the theme of the Conference. The free papers will be presented in one of the oral free paper sessions and some will be the poster presentation. The Scientific Programme Committee will select the papers according to academic or practical merit. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Programme Book.

Please submit your abstract on the Abstract Form provided. It should be submitted by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat at aprc@hkag.org on or before 31 July, 2013. To allow time for the selection panel to consider the submission, you are strongly advised not to miss the deadline.

Instructions for abstract submission:

• Please list in brief the purposes, methods, sample size, year and results of the study in about 400 words (English) or 300 words (in Chinese);
• All abstracts must be typewritten in doc format and submit together with the abstract form;
• Please send it on or before 31 July, 2013 to The Conference Secretariat via email at aprc@hkag.org；
• Notification of accepted free papers will be issued on or before 14 August 2013. Separated email notice will be sent to presenters.
• 5. All presenters must register the conference and pay the Registration Fees.
